The PAS subject and informant interviews, required test materials, the PAS Summary Profile form, and the User's Guide may be downloaded to your computer for display and, if you wish, printing.

Download the PAS in MS Word format (This file contains the text of the PAS Interviews. It may be useful in research projects where the PAS is incorporated into a longer interview and where the guided format and scoring of the interviews is not required.)
